Jamie Purviance (pronounced Purr-VIE-ance) is a New York Times Best Selling cookbook author and James Beard Award Nominee (Weber's Way to Grill). Considered one of the nation's top grilling experts, Purviance's cookbooks have sold millions of copies worldwide.
A graduate of Stanford University and the Culinary Institute of America (with high honors), Purviance built a successful career as a food writer for major publications such as Better Homes and Gardens, Bon Appétit, Cooking Light, Fine Cooking, Town & Country, and the Los Angeles Times.
