Advancement Project Co-Director Judith Browne Dianis sits down with Hardball host Chris Matthews to discuss Florida's voter suppression laws. The new law shortens the early voting period and eliminates voting on the Sunday before Election Day, a day when Black churches historically caravan their congregations to the polls to vote in their "Souls to the Polls" campaign. The new law also imposes strict rules and heavy fines on third-party registration groups -- a measure that has caused organizations like the League of Women Voters and Rock the Vote to stop registering voters in the state.
