We ride a classic 1956 Payne Traction Elevator, in the Medical Office Building of Holy Family Hospital, near the Chappel, in Methuen, Massachusetts.

O/W/H Components, by popularity:
Otis "Lexan" door jamb (In-Jamb controls)
Westinghouse cab (same as Cathedral of Learning in PA)

This elevator is a lot like the 1926 Otis that Jimster586 likes, except the windows in the shaft are BELOW the top floor, which affords excellent shaft lighting, and external lighting of the elevator itself.
It's a cross between the Burbank Main Elevators, and the popular "Elevator C" at Leominster Hospital. The motor is the exact same thing as C, but the overall design is similar to the main ones at Burbank Hospital (with the exception of the buttons, and doors).
VERY smooth ride, although the stops at the Basement level are a bit rough.
We also get a few twilight rides in, as well as being busted doing so. Fortunately, the maintenance worker didn't care less. When he left, we resumed twilight goodness. Twice, we get to see the counterweight, and it's hanger, pass on by. Plainly visible on this elevator!
