Borrowing this from Joe DeFranco's, this circuit is an excellent warm up for softening tissue, warming joints, and prepping for functional movement.
Points of Performance:
ALL FOAM Rolling 20 REPS! -Don't roll over joints -Hip stretches, start inside of the abductor and go into the groin -When rolling into the V-stretch, make sure legs are spread apart -On all fours, draw as big a circle as you can (fire hydrants) -With groiners, make sure foot comes outside of hands -With frog jumps, get feet outside of hands (no bent knees!) -First basemen stretches, get deep into stretch, push hips forward
