This issue happens with 24 inch apple LED cinema displays connected via thunderbolt to a macbook pro intel core 7i.

apple has replaced the cables, the logic board and the power thing TWICE... and they say this issue isn't happening.

the video you are watching is happening on my loaner macbook/display set up while my other "not broken" set up is out to repair for the 6th time.
