This video was the result of a group project by University of Washington and Waseda University students for a class about Japan's Changing Generations during Winter Quarter 2009. Interviews were conducted with Japanese and American students (from UW and Waseda U) to see if the election of Barack Obama as the first multiracial president had changed the way they thought about race, ethnicity and identity, and to also hear their thoughts about what race relations in Japan and the USA will be like in the future. Music: "Xenophobia" by the Blue Scholars.
