The twist to this beef recipe is adding stilton cheese to the stout. First, roll the crust, add the cheese, and fold the dough. Roll out this dough again. Cut a circle in the dough and place on a baking tray. Refrigerate till the stew mixture is cooked. Once the stew is ready, take out the crust from the fridge.
