This is a section from Back to Saturn X: Episode 1. I think it's a good example of level design forcing you to move fast... When I tried playing this section conservatively (hanging back in the starting point with a rocket launcher), I would end up overwhelmed with projectiles... I would lose a lot of health and waste a lot of ammo. Circling up close with a shotgun seems to be the best way to go about this.
