This is a loft bed I made for my granddaughter Taylor.

Since the video I added lighting to the bed. On the underside of the bed above the desk I mounted a battery operated LED light that I bought at the hardware store for $12. Being LED it will not get hot and it turns on with the touch of a finger. I am trying to figure out how to post pix of the lighting with the video.

I bought the little dresser at Hobby Lobby and the LED light at Lowes.
Okay here are the measurements for the loft bed.
The 5 legs are 1"x1"x24"
The bed board is 11"x24" and made from 1/4" plywood
The two walls are 10 1/2"x21"
Shelves on the one wall are 1/4"x2 1/2"x 9 1/2"
The desk on the two right angle sides is 11 1/2"x10" and sits about mid way between top of bed and floor. The other side I just free hand a curve.
The chair legs are 1x1x7, seat is 1/4 plywood 7" across the front tapering to 6" across the back and 7" deep, the back is 4" high and 4 3/4 wide.

To make the bed you will need 5 1x1x36, 2'x4' 1/4" plywood, about 10' of decorative trim.
Paint I used Krylon white, gum drop & rich plum.
