"Blame It on the Boogie", originally released in 1978 by English singer-songwriter Mick Jackson, then covered most famously by The Jacksons (no relation). The song was originally written as a prospective sale to Stevie Wonder ... sounds like him a lot, actually.
Some say it was by the Jackson 5, but they used that name somewhat earlier in their music career.
