You will need a bosu ball. Stand with one foot in the middle of the bosu ball. Straighten other foot as much as possible, making it perpendicular to the ground. Proceed to squat down on leg on bosu ball to a 90 degree angle or more. On the upswing of squat, bring free leg and up and lift knee towards chest. Then proceed to bring same leg and straighten it behind you. Also bring your body forward while doing this. This is one rep. Complete 5 reps per side. Do without the ball for beginners and intermediate practitioners.
