Here, we do not talk about Pinot Noir, but rather the parcels and climates of Burgundy. We will try to demystify this a little mosaic of plots and appellations with the help of Erwan Faiveley, who represents the seventh generation at the head of Domaine Faiveley, a great wine estate that has been here in Nuits Saint Georges since 1825.
We figure that 185 vintages of experience should be enough to help us understand the characteristics of the prestigious appellations of Côtes de Nuits.
