The BFST Back Wrap comes ready to use.

Step one is to place the wrap on the affected area. Undo the Velcro strap of the wrap. Place the mesh pocket with the Energy Web inserted inside over the affected area of your back or your hips. Pull the strap without Velcro across your body. Next, pull the strap with Velcro across your body and attach it to the other strap, ensuring a loose fit. Your back should always be at rest during treatment.

To connect power to the BFST Back Wrap, connect the Energy Web cord to the Power Controller. This is the device with the power button and

the numbers on it. Next, connect the power controller to the Power Adapter Plug. Finally, plug the Power Adapter Plug into a power outlet. To

turn the BFST Back Wrap on, press the red power button on the controller. The green light will illuminate next to the number one.

Always start a course of treatment at Level One. Continue on Level One until you no longer feel any warmth during the treatment. Then, you may move to Level Two by pressing the power button, the second green light illuminated indicates Level Two. Continue on Level Two until you no longer feel any heat during treatment. Then you may move up to Level Three to continue treatment.

The BFST Back Wrap has an automatic shut off and will automatically shut down after 20 minutes of use. If you want to turn the power off, then just press the power button until all green lights are no longer illuminated.

For best results, complete four 20 minute treatments each day. You should space out the treatments throughout the course of the day, as the

effects of the BFST treatment lasts for several hours after the treatment has been completed.

It is a good idea to continue using the BFST Back Wrap, even after the pain subsides and you start feeling better. It takes many months for

injured tissue to recover and heal completely, in spite of signs of improvement.
