This is a good video of one of my junior students. He has done an amazing job of working on getting better posture and then maintaining it as he swings. The posture should be built from the feet to the knees, from the knees to the hips and from the hips to the shoulders. The arms and hands will fall into place.

As he swings, we want the lower body stable. Watch that the right knee does not straighten too much and the left knee does not work inside the ball. A beach ball between the knees is a good drill to maintain a stable lower body.

Lastly, we want a smooth transition. At times, when he jumps and loses his posture, he has to get quick with his transition to the down swing. Staying in good posture and starting a smooth down swing will allow for a more solid strike with the ball.
