You'll need a needle (one without a ball at the end), rubbing alcohol, cotton swabs, a lighter, and gloves (if you have them. If not, WASH YOUR HANDS THOROUGHLY). Careful when you do this... there's risk of infection, and if you're allergic to the earring you use, the results could be grotesque.
