- Akilah S. Richards, Certified Family Life Educator

I work best with women who believe they should not have to compromise their happiness or their health to achieve success or to experience love or joy.

Even if she is not well-practiced in that belief, she still believes it, and she wants that belief to be reflected in her Life's Design.

If a woman knows that, then she and I can collaborate to create the strategy for that daily design.

I believe that emotional wellness is relevant in every aspect of a woman's life, particularly women who are driven to lead through their work as entrepreneurs, and in their roles as mothers and life partners. My intention in this work is to support women in their journeys toward feeling the way they WANT to feel, as often as they can.

When women are able to embody that feeling, we remove the clutter, dull out the noise, look past the fears, and live in alignment with our real passions and our genuine interests, all without sacrificing our emotional wellness.
