The mountain papaya (Vasconcellea pubescens) smells wonderfully with its strong sweet smell. However the flesh of the fruit is a bit disappointing to say the least. I try to grow fruits and vegetables that you can't purchase in the shop, thus creating a diet that has a large range of nutrients. However the disadvantage is that it can take a while to figure out how to best cook/eat them. So finally found a way to eat them!.
