A little after installing i found out you can increase the OP on sandforce SSDs by not partitioning part of it to get more life out of it
http://tinyurl.com/c63gje9
if i had known that i would have increased it to 50%, as i will never used 60gb doubt i will use over 10gb

Things i forgot to say:
discard was added to fstab to enable trim
TRIM does not work if your sata controller is in IDE mode, if it is in IDE change it (windows user must change this to AHCI before installing)
i forgot to point out the access time when i benchmarked
Swap will put extra wear on a ssd that is why it is on the hdd (not use swap on a ssd)
if you don't specify size in fstab for a tmpfs it will use 50% of the ram, i have 6gb on this system

if you noticed this is a laptop (if you look up th model number i used for my computer's name), i have the ssd in a thing like this

Check your warranty terms to make sure you don't void warranty by installing a SSD
