Many women consider having flabby upper arms a curse that is why a lot of them would really like to learn how to lose upper arm fat. One difference between man and woman is that men have fats in their biceps while women in their triceps.

Studies show that aside from getting rid of the upper arm fat; resistance training exercises can also strengthen the back and help avoid the risks of osteoporosis. Thus, resistance training exercises point out how important it is to maintain healthy muscle tissues and make them depend on the fat for energy, instead of depleting the muscles; thereby giving you the lean and great muscles you want instead of fat. Another way to lose upper arm fat is to use cardio machines available in fitness clubs or gyms. These cardio machines are great for stressing the upper body. One example is the cable curl, which is great for arm toning.

You may also do kickbacks, which involve the placing of hands behind the back and holding a dumb bell, bending forward from the waist, moving parallel towards the floor, and bending the elbows to bring the arms leveled with the back.
