A copyright content match, naturally, prevents me from monetizing this, just like my most popular video by far at the time of this recording. Since that's such a huge problem, you should consider taking Moon Man's advice and giving me some money: https://www.patreon.com/kingcritic
Or, even if you don't want to do that, feel free to check out some other videos that do have monetization.
.So it's a Friday night, I've watched a bunch of animoo for a future video and my own entertainment, I'm thinking it's about time to finish that video that I've been sitting on, and then I come up with possibly the best idea I've ever had in my life.
What if I combined two of the best things around, hilarious Moon Man parody songs and Splatoon, together as one? I thought. This could be groundbreaking. I can make the cleanest Moon Man parody song in history, the best Moon Man song in terms of visual editing, the first Moon Man video with this type of song, probably the first Moon Man x vidja song, and a song about the awesome land-squid game we all love. All while keeping the meme's traditions alive with some dark undertones that match up perfectly with actual in-game themes.
And then I Shia LaBeoufed the tentacles off of it! This turned out great! I accomplished everything I set out to, and in a fairly reasonable amount of time! Yeah, a few things could be slightly better, but it can always be better. Never let perfectionism stop you from getting things done, kids.
If you don't know, Moon Man parody videos are generally full of intentionally vile content, but in most cases, they're strictly satirical. Please don't report Moon Man vidoes. People work hard on them, and they're legitimate social satire. Also, if you're under eighteen, don't be watching other Moon Man parody videos. (Who am I kidding? But, I might as well give myself the placebo here.)
Copyrighted material used under Fair Use. This is an original remix created by yours truly. Splatoon is by Nintendo and available pretty much everywhere for the Wii U. Moon Man is from a commercial for McDonald's, which is a place you can eat at. If you haven't bought Splatoon, what is wrong with you? Go do it! And you could also drop into McDonald's, have some Mac tonight, now with many breakfast items served all day, and tell them to tell their bosses to bring back Moon Man.
Yeah, so I totally veered off course and made this. And frankly, it was a great decision.
