Sturgeon fish have nearly changed nothing at all since the days of dinasours and still have the armor instead of scales like they did in prehistoric times. They adapt well to living in either freshwater or marine saltwater aquariums. They live to be about 150 years old and takes them a human lifetime to really outgrow an aquarium but will eventually get to be a monster fish the size of a big boat! Their caviar is also relished as the most valuable of all caviar going around $500-$1,500 an once worldwide! What an experience this is to own something so exotic in an aquarium.
