Everything you buy today is connected to the Internet. Televisions, stereos, DVD players -- everything is connected and can be controlled by an iPhone, iPad, tablet, or smart phone from anywhere in the world, that is, as long as you have an internet connection. This is a massive change. Now, you can play any song in the world or watch any movie without ever leaving home.

Charles Bock, President of Stereo Barn, presented to a live audience at the Habitat for Humanity of Berks County ReStore on 9 Mar 13 the basics, definitions, conveniences, and products of Home Automation.

The Home Builders Association of Berks County, PA, USA provides education & continuous improvement seminars, round-table discussions, and training on business & construction topics of all shapes & sizes on a frequent basis. Beginning in 2012, the HBA started recording some of these sessions and editing the content into packets of concise, usable information as a service to our members and the business community at large.
