I aimed to create links between characters in films; e.g Finn/Bruce, John & CIA/Rey, Solo/Gordon. I also made links between scenes and the sense I got from those scenes; hence Carcetti's hut blowing up, replacing many of the TIE/Xwing scenes with the Bat, etc. Plus, physical stance and camera location were emulated as much as possible if not mirrored somehow.
