I love the version of I Put A Spell On You that Bette Midler sang in the Disney Movie Hocus Pocus. I've seen the movie version up here a few times but I hate how there's always talking over it. It's good if you're watching the film but when you just want to hear the song on you computer or player, having a bunch of kids screaming is very annoying over such a rocking song. This is the best version of this song so I took it upon myself to remove as much of the talking as I could. I got nearly all of it out and I think I did a very good job at that. So just in time for Halloween here for the first time a nearly no talking version with the Party intro. Looking back I wonder if I should have cut out Max's name to make it less personal. Then Bette Midler would just have said, "Thank you for that marvelous introduction." Hum perhaps next time I'll do that too. I love this movie. I watch it every October. I like how it's a mix of funny and scary with no gore. Don't get me wrong. I like gore but this film just didn't need it.
