Natural Hair - How to Pineapple Natural Hair
When you pineapple natural hair, your 4a curls will thank you because this technique is actually used to preserve any curly hairstyles that you may be wearing--whether it's a braidout, twistout, bantu knot out, or a cornrow out.
Naturals who have enough length and can put all of their hair into ONE pineapple should place it directly on top of their head, but if you have shorter hair like me, you have to make several smaller pineapples. The "Pineapples" are simply loosely tied ponytails, and when you put your natural hair in multiple pineapples, make sure you position them in such a way that you won't lay on your curls and smash them while you sleep.
The next day all you have to do is fluff your hair, and your curly hairstyle will still be in tact!
