In 2006 it was called a "crime of fashion" by Nightly News. Dallas educators started a fight a few years back against pants being worn too far below the waist. In an effort to support the success of student's in every area of life, some Dallas schools have implemented policies to minimize distractions and optimize learning time.

A ticket is in order. It should be considered indecent exposure to show your butt in prison. As for the young men/teenage boys, if they were paddled on the underwear they want everybody to see it would make an impression. If they were to be paddled they would think twice about letting everyone see their underwear.

I like these saggy pants, guys look so sexy with them, why should it always be girls who show their body besides the community ought to have more important issues to deal with than a so-called deplorable crime fashion... Cause there loose pants make justice to these guys and ain't a crime fashion but more a fashion honor ...;-D So I believe that dress code enforcement is useless, when you like your body, it isn't a sin to show it
