LIFEFOOD WRAPS - How to make healthy nutritional raw lifefood wraps for promoting optimal health, nutrition & longevity!

Lifefood is food containing lifeforce (living aura), lifeforce is the life giving force found in most raw fruits, vegetables & sprouted seeds and nuts. Not all raw foods are lifefoods: including but not limited to beets, carrots, corn, bananas, dates, pineapple & cashews.

INGREDIENTS: (Preferably Organic)

2) Arugula Greens
3) Avocado
4) Raw Nori Wraps (seaweed)
5) Raw Nut Butter Of Choice
6) Miso
7) Braggs (liquid amino acids)
8) Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Oil(s) Of Choice
9) Sea Salt Of Choice (Himalayan, Celtic, Dead Sea, Atlantic, etc)
10) Cherry Grape Tomatoes
11) Broccoli
12) Dandelion Greens
13) Red & Green Cabbage
14) Shitake Mushrooms
15) Hemp Hearts


1) Make the lifefood soup recipe. http://youtu.be/W-VjJZuFl3k
2) Make a salad with the ingredients listed.
3) Add lifefood soup to the salad.
4) Soak nori wrap with oil & braggs & gently rub in.
5) Spread some miso & nut butter along the nori wrap.
6) Place salad in a line in the middle of the nori wrap.
7) Add sliced cherry tomatoes & avocado.
8) Roll up the wrap & you are ready to serve. Enjoy!
