This is a direct video capture off my camera in video mode of my two turtles and their tank setup.

Note: This video is captured while my turtles were basking with the actual sunlight itself. The heat lamp is normally placed above the dock where the cover is but was removed to let the sunlight shine onto the dock for my turtles.

Also, we used to have live aquarium plants in there but no live aquarium plants are placed in the tank now because my turtles love to dig them out of the sand and eat them all, then there will be a crazy algae frenzy partying in the tank.

As for feeder fish, we give them two or three as a treat every 3 or 4 weeks. They normally leave a mess of fish scales and organs laying around so we don't tend to buy more feeder fish than the turtles can handle at a time. Also for sanitation reasons.

Calcium blocks are currently half buried under the sand because my turtles just love to dig. Calcium blocks are just calcium supplements for my turtles whenever they feel the need to consume more calcium for their shell condition.

Tank setup:
28 Gallon Tank
Live Sand
Fluval Filter for 30gallons
Basking Dock
Heat lamp and exo terra 100W bulb
Heater for the water temperature [taken out at summer because the room temperature plus the sun increases the water temperature enough to be perfect for the turtles to swim in so no need for heater to cook them.]

*Worked at a pet store and raised turtles for five years. Both turtles are alive and healthy [slightly lazy and fat now] and bigger than my hands :)
