Salutations and salutations to Goddess Mahalakshmi.
Who neither has an end nor beginning,
Who is the primeval power,
Who is the great Goddess,
Who is born out of hard penance,
And who can be personified by meditation.

God is formless but can take any form.God means sum total of all the souls, souls which are free(Moksha attained) plus souls covered in ignorance.Maha Lakshmi means power of the free souls plus power of souls covered with ignorance which are active from the Noctua (owl) Constellation. The four arm symbolizes power.Lotus was found only on the banks of river Ganges in India and it depicts the soul.Concept of the soul in all religions of the world comes from Hinduism.
Maha Lakshmi is the Goddess of wealth and prosperity.Lakshmi helps us to find fulfilling careers which allow us to serve our highest path AND be abundantly rewarded. She believes it is important to be happy, fulfilled and abundant on our path, and that we all deserve this. Not everyone is wealthy and prosperous in this world, those who are, have the powers of Maha Lakshmi within them.Girl child in India are called Lakshmi and should be treated like Lakshmi.Hindus light up their living room every evening to welcome Maha Lakshmi or light diya at door step.
In Whom is the Universe, Who is in the Universe, Who is the Universe; in Whom is the Soul, Who is in the Soul, Who is the Soul of Man; knowing Him — and therefore the Universe — as our Self, alone extinguishes all fear, brings an end to misery and leads to Infinite Freedom. Wherever there has been expansion in love or progress in well-being, of individuals or numbers, it has been through the perception, realisation, and the practicalisation of the Eternal Truth — THE ONENESS OF ALL BEINGS.

God can be personal as well as impersonal. That is a special stress given by Ramakrishna in this present age. Thereby, he harmonized the three different major systems obtained in Vedanta — the dualistic system, the qualified monistic system, and the monistic system. (Dualism holds that God, the universe, and individuals are separate, eternal entities. Qualified monism maintains God alone exists and individual souls exists as "cells" in God's universal body. Monism views God, individual souls, and the universe as one Reality.) Ramakrishna harmonized these different viewpoints by telling us it is the same actuality which becomes the personalized God.

"Vivekananda, a disciple of Sri Ramakrishna, gave the definition of what God is in a very scientific way: 'God is the highest reading of the Absolute,' he said. So, Vedanta, and all religions, have this major idea called ultimate existence, or oneness."

Neither numbers nor powers nor wealth nor learning nor eloquence nor anything else will prevail, but purity, living the life, in one word, anubhuti, realisation. Let there be a dozen such lion-souls in each country, lions who have broken their own bonds, who have touched the Infinite, whose whole soul is gone to Brahman, who care neither for wealth nor power nor fame, and these will be enough to shake the world. Here lies the secret. Says Patanjali, the father of Yoga, "When a man rejects all the superhuman powers, then he attains to the cloud of virtue." He sees God. He becomes God and helps others to become the same. This is all I have to preach. Doctrines have been expounded enough. There are books by the million. Oh, for an ounce of practice!
