http://www.benbruno.com/. Landmine 1 RDL with slow eccentrics. These fry the hamstrings and glutes while also putting an added emphasis on single leg stability. I'll do these as a way to challenge my legs without having to use as much weight as if I did them with a normal, faster tempo as a way to minimize stress on the lower back. It won't take a whole lot of weight to really feel them. These are brutal, but awesome!
