iphone 4s wifi disabled/ greyed out bug returns in ios 7 (7.0.6)...

Hello everyone, 2 years ago I had a wifi greyed out problem on my iphone 4s running ios6. Which known as wifi disabled problem. How I got it fixed was, I brought my iphone back to my carrier and they agreed to replace a new iphone 4s for me because my iphone still has warranty. Now, the wifi on my iphone 4s greyed out again after I updated it to ios 7.0.6 and my phone is no longer in warranty. I really got disappointed with apple because they the same problem happened again. So, if anyone know how to fix this, please let me know...
