A bomb exploded at a business centre in the southern port city of Odesa in the early hours of Thursday, Ukrainian news agency TSN reports. The blast badly damaged the facade, broke windows, but there were reportedly no injuries or fatalities. It is the second explosion that has struck the business center called "Admiral" where pro-Ukrainian activists, beleived to be the target, have an office.
