The movement of supinating is performed by turning the palm up as you lift the weight. By turning the palm up you will notice the bicep shorten in the upper arm so this movement with the supination can condition the muscle to create a fuller, bigger peak in the bicep and increase the recruitment of the forearm muscles throughout the movement.
