Long and late day. Up at 3:00 am unable to sleep. Ate early -- around 6:00 am which created a challenge of being tired and hungry all day. Jogged a mile, 25 rail kicks on each leg (round and hook), TKD class and then I taught Zumba. I was beat and starving when I came home. However, it was 9:30 pm so I opted for a small veggie meal of sauteed broccoli, spinach and chopped tomato prepared with Wasabi dressing.
