Place a dumbbell on the right side by your hand. Hold in a plank position. Do a push-up. Pick up dumbbell with right hand, turn to face the right side supporting your weight on the left hand and foot. Lift dumbbell over head to a "T" position. Roll back to plank placing the dumbbell on the left side. Push-up and roll to face the left side supporting your weight on the right hand and foot. Lift dumbbell over head to a "T" position. Roll back to a plank and push-up. Continue rotating from side to side.
