SNK Raiden WIP

Hello. I'm in the process of making Raiden for KOF. This will be for mugen in general and not just my KOFE project. As you can tell, he's in the very early stages. Only the basic movements are done. The intro isn't even done yet. I changed the velocities to make him feel more KOF like. I also gave him a hop and hyper hop. In terms of graphics, he's only been resized as of now. He'll be converted to a KOF style when everything's said and done. No confirmed spriters yet, but Spriter's Academy is looking to help. The more exciting stuff like his new moveset will come in a later vid.
