The film is a running study of runner J. Keller on a treadmill in slowmotion, captured from a 16mm film from the 1960´ies.
The film was found and retrieved from Conny Lenz's film store. The footwear designer Conny Lenz was a barefoot runner and designed ergonomic footwear for example the Jacoform shoe. Another shoe of Conny Lenz was a running shoe for track and field competitions. With his shoe designed for running, a 400 m runner had a 3 cm longer stride!
