Carter is the greatest. Do World records not count anymore??? double world champ even tho he was injured in 2011??? I would call Wilkinson the best goal kicker/drop kicker. Larkin the best running fly half. But Carter would be the best all round flyhalf, hence making him the greatest, especially if you add his record to the argument.

Carter has never performed well at a World Cup! It's really odd otherwise great player but still second to wilkinson AKA the complete flyhalf
Marlon Clarke
It has got to be Jonny Wilkinson. He is a briliant all round player,he is known world wide for his incredible kicking ability, his defensive skills and big hits, he gets stuck in in all matches, creating chances for others to score trys rather than himself. For example he set up England's try in the 2003 rwc final and in terms of achivment, he was European and world player of the year and was the world's top points scorer and the only reason he was over taken was because dan carter has played long

Daniel Carter is obviously the best all round fly half (Goal Kicking Tactical Kicking, Defense and Attack/Playmaking) in rugby history, he currently holds the record for most points in Super Rugby and also in International Test matches. Daniel Carter has also been IRB Player of the year twice 2005 and 2012.
