Eric Clapton & Mark Knopfler

I think it is so Awesome that both Eric and Mark have played rythmn guitar for each other on tour. I love to read people's reaction to it too. Like, what?!?! It's just simple, they are friends and two very talented musicians who enjoy playing together. Neither one feels insulted by just being apart of each other band without playing lead.

Ann Sumner
this is a GREAT version of one of my favorite songs ever. Thanks.
this is not the best version for me because there are the live at Birmingham and Montreux in 1986 and a lot versions in 1987 with another snare drum sound with the AMAZING PHIL COLLINS who played better than Steve Ferrone .In this live version or prince's trust concert 1988 there is a problem because PHIl Played too the drums but the sound is not in the video: strange. But this a very good guitar solo !!! Clapton !! guitar hero
The riff sounds quite nice on Marks Pensa.
Matija Žvorc
And the guy at keyboards is also from Dire Straits (Guy Fletcher).
