Simply put, Moonshine have developed the perfect environment for brewing beers and wines at home.
Each bag contains all the ingredients to create glass after glass of beers and wines.
All you do is add water and wait.
Fermentation takes place during the first 7 to 10 days enclosed within the brew bag; the patented yellow brewing cap does the rest, allowing the build up of CO2 to vent off. Conditioning of the drink takes place thereafter.
Fermentation is the process whereby yeast feeds off the sugars within the extract, the result is alcohol, the bi-product being CO2.
Moonshine is gravity conditioned, and as it is not filtered or pasteurised, may not always achieve absolute clarity. This ensures that it retains all of its natural goodness.
