Full example of De Moivre's Theorem from Educator.com’s trigonometry class. Want more than just one video example? Our full lesson includes in-depth video explanations of DeMoivre's Theorem with even more worked out examples. ►See the entire syllabus at http://www.educator.com/mathematics/t...

In this video, we’ll discuss how to convert a complex number into polar form and then use DeMoivre's Theorem to calculate it. You learn about the n nth roots of De Moivre's Theorem and how to find the relation to the unit circle. This will be useful in Trigonometry when you use complex numbers and polar coordinate.

Like other instructors such as Khan Academy, patrickjmt, and mathbff? Our Trigonometry instructor is pretty awesome too. Professor Murray received his Ph.D from UC Berkeley, B.S. from Georgetown University, and has been teaching in the university setting for 10+ years. His other courses on Educator include Calculus II, Differential Equations, and Probability.

So what are you waiting for? Join over 100K satisfied high school and college students who have aced their classes and exams with http://www.Educator.com’s videos.
