No one should ever work.

Work is the source of nearly all the misery in the world. Almost any evil you'd care to name comes from working or from living in a world designed for work. In order to stop suffering, we have to stop working./ Bob Black.

would the abolition of work eliminate class struggle? and how far would you extent your refusal to work. will we refuse work as long as statist societies exist?

The concept of modern tribalism:
Tribal culture has been around for eons before town culture, yet tribal peoples who live in towns cease to behave as tribal peoples. Neo-tribalism would therefore be a form of tribal culture that would cause Towns people to cease to behave as Towns people and behave in a fashion as if they were tribal.
There is a frequent thread of thought where people feel a need for a greater connection with people than what they are currently experiencing. The mythical answer to fill this need is 'Neo-tribalism'. (Even without defining the content of what constitutes 'Neo-tribalism'. Simply imagining that 'there must be a better way of living with humans' creates the theoretical concept that can be labeled Neo-tribalism.

Neo-Tribalists see the optimal living arrangement and social grouping as being no more than 150 people in a "clan", broken into "bands" or working groups of 30-50. This they believe was the dominant human ordering principle for hundreds of thousands of years, as 150 people is the maximum number of individuals any one person can get to know well enough for meaningful social interaction. Tribes then consist of several clans comprising 1000-2000 individuals. As environmentalist Dave Pollard writes, "bands were the optimal size for short-term collective action, clans for mutual knowledge and learning, and tribes for buffering (to optimize inter-tribal physical and cultural diversity and to minimize inter-tribal conflict, both Darwinian advantages)."
The modern equivalent of a clan, such as an intentional community, should ideally replicate 150 people comprising several bands, who, according to Pollard, "love each other (you can't spend 15-20% of your life physically grooming people you don't love) and live together, their society cemented by rites and shared principles."

Sidenote: While i agree one hundred percent with Black on this essay, i do not represent his views nor would i want to. i do not consider myself to be a follower of his, nor would i want to. but Black and i got in common is our shared goal of taking down modern society.
