Arhictect, Ron Wickman, and home owner, Peter Mittal, designed and built an accessible suite with elevator, two washrooms with curb-less showers, an accessible kitchen with lower counters, open underneath the sink and cooktop with a wall oven, lower light switches and higher electrical outlets as well as higher baseboards to protect the walls.

The suite is an example of innovation in Universal Design and Architecture.
