Chef Matt Taylor from Lied Lodge & Conference Center in Nebraska City, NE, and a pair of artists collaborated for a station at Emerging Terrain's Elevate event in Omaha on June 3, 2012. This short behind-the-scenes video shows a quick overview of their food station -- entitled to-g(R)o -- from food preparation to installation within the exhibit space, to visitors enjoying the locally-grown fare.
