For the first time in 70 years, the U.S. Supreme Court is expected to rule on a controversial amendment to the U.S. constitution which some say protects individuals' right to own guns. The court's decision, which could come this month, stems from a court challenge of the strict ban on handguns in the nation's capital Washington, DC.
