Function of figuring out what you have that is valuable for other people and how you can offer it in a fashion that is cost-effective, and how to scale that is a way that reaches the size you're aiming for.
First, figure out what you want to be creating and writing about that will be genuinely valuable to your projected audience. Build an audience and start by selling your time through coaching or advising and by offering free content.
See which offers your audience responds to, and from there you will have a clear idea of what sort of product you should be offering them.
