This is a Tarantula Hawk Wasp in action. It has already stung this Tarantula now it is dragging it back to its brood chamber to lay an egg that will hatch out a larva that will consume this Tarantula in this paralyzed state. Pretty gruesome stuff kinda makes you feel for the Tarantula.
