I dropped my phone 5 days after I bought it. It fell from my pocket on the corner and cracked. Two days later my case arrived in the mail, great timing. I did the repair in less than an hour! That was a month ago and the phone is working without any issues.

I removed the components just to be safe.....I don't know if its required.
LOCA is a film used to bind glass to the digitizer. I did not know about it when I made this video. I used strips of adhesive on the edges that has worked out GREAT. Over a year now and no problems.
I felt terrible having to use my old IPhone to shoot the video.
