Classic Chinese-restaurant style Egg Fried Rice - we all love it, but it can be bit tricky to make. You need to get your rice cooked without being mushy, and you want distinct blobs of egg in there too. In this video recipe, I show you how to make the basic egg fried rice, which is usually eaten as a side dish. But you can also turn it into a complete meal by adding prawns or shredded chicken (or both!) - and I also like to throw in some coriander leaves.
