Hi Muscle Nation! Andrea has found a very simple new way how to add muscle and size to her arms. The trick is to learn and educate yourself on how to flex properly. This is defiantly not how professional posing is done, but by twisting your wrists when flexing, will help you isolate your bicep. Making them peak a little bigger.

Andrea is not a bodybuilder and does not need to pose correctly. She is an average woman that enjoys working out and the results that you benefit from that. Andrea spends a lot of time focusing on learning the proper technique of the exercise. Resulting in better results.

This video is a personal video log from our model Andrea. She is excited to show her progress with her body. Andrea has not always has an athletic build. She had to work hard for that which she deserves a lot of credit for. Her results are an inspiration and motivation for many females.
